• O.M.S. completes a "carve-out" acquisition of a Top Three Prime Aerospace and Defense contractor
• Diversification into the Aircraft Engine Component market
• November 1, 2025, O.M.S. moves into Factory 3 an expansion of an additional 70,000sqft.
• Utilizing the E.V.E. platform Open Mission Systems establishes a primary target for acquisition and enters LOI in June 2025.

• Open Mission Systems develops the E.V.E. Platform a mergers and acquisitions dedicated software.
• O.M.S. Portfolio ++ achieves remarkable success by converting our data on bidding, programming, machining, and supply chain procedures into winning profitable long-term contracts on viable Aerospace and Defense programs with high success rates.
